Do I actually own it?
Yes, fully. Every line of code lives in a Git repo you control, and it runs in your own cloud account on your credentials. There's no per-seat license and no proprietary runtime, so if you never spoke to me again, it would keep running.
What stack do you use, and where does it run?
It runs in your own cloud (AWS), in a region you choose, built on standard, widely-supported tooling rather than a platform you rent. Mostly Python and infrastructure-as-code. I avoid anything proprietary that would tie you to me.
What if scope changes mid-build?
The fixed fee holds for the scope we locked in week one, which is exactly why week one is thorough. If you want to add something genuinely new, I price it as a small change order or roll it into the next build. Either way, you know the number before the work happens.
What happens after handoff? Can you maintain it?
30 days of support are included. After that you can run it yourself (it's yours, fully documented), or keep me on a month-to-month Automation Partner retainer to maintain it, extend it, and build the next one. No obligation either way.
How is this different from a no-code agency?
A no-code flow on someone else's platform breaks silently, can't be moved, and bills you per task. I build real software in your cloud with retries, alerting, and audit trails, to the same standard I used on finance systems moving real money, and you own it outright.
My process is messy, or my key tool isn't supported.
Messy is normal, and untangling it is part of the work. If a tool has an API, a database, a webhook, or even an SFTP drop, I can connect it. If you're not sure the pieces are there, an Audit confirms it before you commit to a build.
