What I've built,
and how it went.
Anonymized walkthroughs of production work I've shipped: the architecture, the trade-offs I made, and the numbers behind them. Specifics are under NDA, but the framing and lessons are all in the open.
The builds I can talk about.
Walkthroughs of work I've shipped and handed over. Most of the rest is under NDA, but the shape of the work is the same.
DTC Operating Platform
One team runs an entire DTC brand on a data + AI platform I built and they own.
Carrier Plan Intelligence
A benefits brokerage's carrier PDFs, read by AI into a clean, queryable plan database, and synced to their CRM.
Resilient n8n on AWS
Run n8n highly-available and self-healing on AWS. No single point of failure, zero-downtime upgrades.
Qualified-Lead Marketing Analytics
An agency's Google Ads tied to real qualified leads and signed contracts, per keyword, across ~30 clients. No more optimizing for junk form-fills.
AI Metadata Extraction
A scholarly publisher's experts hand-cataloged every paper. I built the AI pipeline that does it now (vocabulary-constrained and reviewed by their staff).
Timesheet & Invoicing Rescue
A staffing firm's billing automation was cutting duplicate invoices. I put out the fire, reverse-engineered the whole no-code stack, and designed the replacement.
* design target for the reference architecture
Most of my engagements are under NDA, so the best way to see more is a call where I walk you through the ones closest to your situation.
Before any of this, I spent 15+ years building systems that move real money for some of the largest US banks, card networks, and insurers. That's where my bar for reliability comes from (when failure has a price tag, you learn to build carefully).
Let's figure out what yours looks like.
Tell me where your data lives and what's slowing you down. I'll map out the highest-leverage build and put a real number on it, and you'll own every line of what gets built. I reply within 48 hours on weekdays.
