Automation & AI Consulting

Less busywork.
More business.

I spent 15+ years building mission-critical systems for Fortune 500 financial services. Now I bring that same engineering to growing businesses: automation for the not-so-sexy work that keeps things running, in your own cloud, owned by you.

[ 01 ]What I do

I take the busywork off your plate.

Whatever's slowing you down, there's probably a way to automate it. Here's where I usually start.

Automate manual work

Invoices, follow-ups, data entry, onboarding: the repetitive work that eats your team's week.

Make your tools talk

The 50+ apps you already pay for, connected into one system instead of ten that don't sync.

Reporting & visibility

Dashboards and answers on demand, so you finally know what's happening without building a report by hand.

AI where it earns its keep

AI pointed at the jobs it's genuinely good at, grounded on your own data (and skipped where it doesn't help).

Custom internal tools

Dashboards, portals, and internal apps built around how your team works day to day, not how a vendor assumes you do.

Ongoing partnership

I run what I build, keep shipping new automations as you grow, and I'm around when something breaks.

[ 02 ]How I work

Fundamentals first. Agents later, maybe.

Most of what gets sold as "AI automation" is a shallow tech demo with no business context behind it. What I've found across 10+ businesses is that the wins come from the fundamentals underneath: connected tools, clean data, and automations built to a standard you can trust.

Business first, tech second

I start from the business problem and work backwards to the tech, not the other way around.

Built like a bank

I'm big on enterprise-grade infra and configuration, because an automation you can't trust is just AI slop.

You own everything

It all runs in your own cloud account and your own repos. If we stopped working together tomorrow, everything keeps running.

Client work is under NDA, so these are representative mocks: the dashboards your team would check each morning, the pipelines moving data behind them, and reports that show up already built.

[ 05 ]Who you're working with

A builder, not an agency.

I'm Hunter. I spent 15+ years as a cloud and platform engineer building systems that move real money for Fortune 500 banks, card networks, and insurers. Workflowsy is me bringing that same standard to growing businesses, and you work directly with me the whole way through (there's no account manager or offshore team between us).

I also teach this work in the open. The guides and build videos I put out on Getting Automated are followed by thousands of automators, and the methods in them are the same ones I use on client builds.

[ DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT ]Authority, in public

I do this in public. Judge for yourself.

Most consultants ask you to trust a sales call. My work is already online: full builds on YouTube and 100+ free guides on Getting Automated. You can see exactly how I think and build before we ever talk, and if you'd rather just have it done for you, that's what this site is for.
